THE ISLAND
As Ted tries to remake himself into someone worth loving after a failed suicide attempt—or at least worth staying alive for. He soon begins to realize the island isn’t a refuge but a mirror as Ted is pulled into the island’s rituals—casinos, strip clubs, luxury hotels, and late-night bars. THE ISLAND blends dark comedy, existential unease, and social observation, using the island’s “paradise” economy to explore male loneliness, performance, and the seduction of starting over.
